Princess Coats of Vintage Bloggers

I thought it would be a fun idea to put together a look at some other lovely vintage bloggers and their princess coats.  If you also have one, I'd love to hear from you too.

This entry is part of a series I am discussing on princess coats.  If you check out the October Vintage Life Magazine, I have an article in this magazine about princess coats from the 1930s to the 1950s.  It was a great article to put together and provided kind of a source of inspiration to delve into the subject even more.

I also have a Pinterest board on princess coats.   I recently was very thrilled to add a new princess coat to my collection and I hope to get it photographed sometime soon.  It's a beauty.  It's also an off white color so I'm having a bit of a difficulty finding just the right hat.

Below are the lovely ladies and their coats.  Links below are also to their original posts.  Aren't they all so beautiful in their coats?  I've really enjoyed putting these images together.  Thank you ladies for allowing me to use your images for this blog post.  All of these coats are so very special.

  8. Oh my goodness! I'm honored to be featured with so many splendidly fashionable ladies in such amazing coats. I'm totally smitten by the red coat with its asymmetrical fastening (running off to follow her blog now!) and with Laurence's white coat with the fur trim.

  11. Beautiful coats! I love every single one - but then the princess has to be the best style out there. I just wish I could get one to fit me as perfectly as these ladies - I find it a challenge at a little over 5ft with some out of proportion curves! CC x
